"NO INTERNET IN REAR SECTION, SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF AS SOON AS I ENTERED ROOM, TV WAS NOT HOOKED UP, REMOITE DIDN'T WORK. MOVED TO SAECOND ROOM NO TOWELS, INTERMITTENT INTERNET, DIFFICULT TO LOG IN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THI PLACE"

"We loved this property! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We arrived way before check in and they stored our luggage for us and text us when a room was available, way before check in! ONE block walk to Cocoa beach was a huge plus !! Will definitely stay again and tell others as well. "

"Overall it’s not the worst. It’s worth the money for a few hours sleep. I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay but just passing through isn’t so bad. It was very clean, old and dated but clean. The bed was comfortable but the ac made a noise the entire night that was very annoying… the staff was very nice. Checkout was a hassle. I wanted to leave around 6a and I had to wait almost an hour to get my 100 dollar deposit back(I paid in cash) bc they were busy making breakfast. Thank goodness I didn’t...
