"When I first arrived I was put in a room that was not acceptable. Holes in bathroom door, fridge looked like it had been beaten up Bathroom so small you could barely move. I went to front desk and told them I wanted an upgrade. They accommodated me. Upgraded to a nicer more spacious room with a balcony for $20 a night more. Definitely worth the upgrade. The resort was nice. Several restaurants on sight and multiple bars on site. Pool is open until 11pm. My daughter loved night swims with some friends she met. Staff was really nice."
