"The room was clean. Check-in was easy very detailed and took a few minutes maybe 10. Very thorough but I like it and the room was super clean. There was a washing machine that I had issues trying to work apparently it was a combo with a dryer and me and those probably don’t mix."

"We love staying at the Q1, it’s our favourite place at Surfers - the apartments are beautiful and spacious and the pool area is incredible. The gym facilities let it down a bit. The staff are excellent, we had an issue with a fridge that the previous people had poorly stored fish in both the fridge and freezer parts and every time we opened the doors the smell was horrendous. Not only did a member of housekeeping come up and scrub the fridge for us at 9pm, the next day when they heard the smell...

"Awesome location! Woolworths conveniently located directly underneath the complex. Restaurants, cafes and clothing shops located at your doorstep. Short walking distance to beach, esplanade, night life and markets. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was convenient, although you do have to pay $20 per day for parking. We will definitely be rebooking in the future."
