The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! I will definitely be back to the Spice Isle and I would definitely stay at Hillview again.🙏"

"Our room was cleaned daily by a committed housekeeping staff. Lorene & Ingrid were exceptional, warm and friendly. They were limited by the lack of resources. Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time. Basic things like a running toilet tank, having to hold the lever to get the toilet to flush, a refrigerator that leaks, all reflect the lack of intention to the small...

"The breakfast menu very limited and the employee serve you a very small portion of food like they want to feed 500 people with the same container and the mayority of the employees serving the food always looks not friendly at all..like not customer service skill at all...The rooms are totally differents from what the picture on internet shows...they are so simple and low quality ...very old facilities and infraestructure..looks like this hotel was built in the 70's...Super boring if you stay in...

We unfortunately only used ours once, and because we felt that we should. It's located in the front of your room, right along the walking path that others take. "The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles. "
