"If you have shellfish allergy they cannot accommodate you at any restaurant except the pizza during the day. For dinner they can. So just know hanging at the pool or beach you will need to go else where for food. Our toilet overflowed twice, the room with double bed is actually the size of a single room. The beach is nice and the beach staff too. The jacuzzi is a perfect temperature to relax. Not the most terrible but way over priced for quality of room etc"

"This is an amazing hotel with a perfect beach location. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. The only thing that makes the review a 4 star and not a 5 is the size of the bathroom in the room. The room was very spacious however the bathroom was so small it didn’t fit with the scale of the room and was a constant nuisance. I will go back and recommend anyone else to as well. "

"When we booked this property, we were never told that there was going to be construction the entire time. It was noisy and it smelled. Our room was far from the pool and ocean and the maid rarely came to check on us. We had to go find her when we needed toilet paper for our room. "

"Beginning the day before we arrived, the staff was so attentive. They accommodated my last minute request for a dinner reservation, and the location for our room. We stayed on the upper level of the Tiki Tower. Room was spacious. Housekeeping great. We would have loved a balcony, but we booked late and only Tiki Tower rooms were available.
