"This is a special place, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The morning yoga classes on the floating dock were exceptional. Just be aware it is a 3-star resort, so don't expect the units to be in top condition. Cleanliness could be better (corners, top of the fridge), though overall acceptable (linens and towels were clean). Overall a very peaceful spot with amenities to offer and friendly staff. Oh, and the daily banana bread was delicious (and vegan, which was a pleasant surprise)."

"Obviously, this property needs renovation. It is old & a face lift needed is obvious. I stay here a lot because of the location. It is in the middle of Waikiki. Close to everything. "Honolulu has few budget options especially near Waikiki. This has a a great location but is the definition of basic. With no air conditioning or parking, best to bring all your amenities with you, and be prepared for half the resident guests to be using walkers. "

"friendly staff, quick service, requested more towels and toilet paper and it arrived within 5 minutes. Loved the shops on the first floor and food trucks located right across the street where the workers were just as kind. Our AC stopped working our last night there, then our socket blew after plugging in a phone charger. All in all great service and great experience. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was located in a neighborhood where there was homeless people sleeping on the street. So the shops nearby were not good and the shops that were there could early due to the crime. However if you walked a couple of blocks down you would find a nice area full of beautiful buildings mostly businesses like banks but not too many shops and restaurants. "

"We had 2 rooms reserved and were able to open the connecting door which was great. We requested ocean view and got both ocean and city view which was great. They offer clean fresh beach towels every day. The location, cleanliness and friendly staff were all great. I recommend Marriott wholeheartedly. "

"Overall the stay wasn’t terrible. We booked a room with two full beds for four people. Staff was nice, and the rooms were nice too, although they were very small. Housekeeper only came once to change our sheets for our whole 6 day trip, not satisfied with that considering every day was spent on the beach and our room and sheets were sandy.
