I asked if I could have a room overlooking the pool, and the employee responded that he didn't have anything and I am lucky to recieve the room I got. "Good thing I bought the insurance on this reservation. Because the reservation never actually happened we were removed from the property by construction crew because it was under renovations and when we tried to contact the property owner no one would answer. We literally had to talk to the neighbors in order to get some answers."

"Absolutely everything is great here! Location, staff, cute rooms, the restaurant and bar. We also love the coffee shop and we buy something from the boutique Honolulu Pawn Shop on every visit. This is our third time staying and we will come back every year to celebrate the two March birthdays in our family! Love it! "

It was nice to see the city every morning instead of the ocean. Valet was very fast and friendly, elevators were quick and easy unlike most at the bigger hotels. Couldn’t have been an easier stay"
