The shower is built into a bathtub with only a curtain, which feels inconvenient and not in line with what you would expect at this price point. "It was a really nice stay and the staff we're great at making sure you had everything you needed. My only thing was the pool/sauna use, to me it was strange that you had to book a timeslot everyday and you could only have 45min sessions. Sometimes you do just want to sit by the pool and chill and that felt limited."

"If you have been srolling for days looking for just the right place to sray in Porto - stop - and boook Casa Camelia. A small privately owned botique hotel it is well built using high end materials, clean and well maintained. We had a walk-out room directly into the patio and beautiful garden area. "Good location, lovely character building (but with this noise insulation is limited, fine with ear plugs). Very clean. Budget room was cosy but someone had thought about good storage in the room, which had a fridge and coffee maker (I don’t drink coffee, so didn’t use). There was a small shelf in the bathroom and hook, decor was nice, could even see the sea from the window. Room was better than some more expensive places I stayed during this trip. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Brilliant hotel in a beautiful location but if you don’t book the indoor pool before you arrive you probably won’t get to use it. We tried to use it for one of our three days after we arrived but were told we needed to book it. We were then told it was already fully booked for all days of our trip. So the only way we could have used the indoor pool is to book it before we arrived - but we did not know we had to book it."
