"Everything was good, accept for the shower. I had had an evening shower and because it drained slowly, it was noisy and I had a hard time falling asleep because of it. This was problematic because I only had 4 hours to sleep before I had to get up for my flight. "

"This was a last minute book as I had a 12 hour wait at airport for my connecting flight. Thank goodness they allowed me to book at last minute as I did not want to wait 12 hours at restaurant. The room was clean, however, there is no TV in the bedroom, only in the common area. The area is in the basement of someone’s home, which I did not expect. There are two rooms in the basement with a shared bathroom. Thank goodness I was the only one there. While I definitely appreciate the short notice...

"The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best...
