"We stayed one night before a flight out of Antalya. The room and facilities were fine overall and comfortable for a short stopover. The staff were helpful and attentive. When our flight was delayed, they kindly let us stay an extra hour past checkout, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Ali. "3 good things : house keeping, the swimming pool and the staff at the restaurants … other wise 1- my room in first tower had a bad sewage smell from the sink and I had called for it , solution was draining but it continued to smell I gave up 2- reception desk : attitude - they are like kings no smile , very rigid , and overall unhelpful we asked to switch rooms and they were unhelpful 3- no one explains l to you anything about the amenities and you have to figure it out on your own 4 Swandor app...
