"Great buffett, wish restaurant was open more often tho"

"The room was very nice. But the staff was terrible they sit on their phones, when I called to ask about a pair of boots I left there it took many calls through out the day with being put on hold. When I finally talked to someone they told me my boots weren't there though I know for a fact I left them and the staff said the house keeping might of taken them. Im furious I I didn't even leave them there for a full 24 hours and they were taken already. Thieves should be fired imeaditly"

"Best hotel and great location! You are steps away from the beach and the pier. Walking distance to the village. Plenty of shopping and restaurants."

"Waypoint Ventura is a treat, to say the least. All the vintage trailers are beautifully appointed and restored. Plus, the whole vibe in the place is just fantastic. Easy walkability to great restaurants and breweries. Looking forward to my next stay and trying a different travel trailer next time."

"I always stay there. But this time the room next to mine was playing loud music and I told the office and they told me they can play music until 10:00 pm it was 10:10 when finally they stop the music"

"My husband and I were in town to help care for my father. SpringHill Suites made the stay extremely easy and accommodating! Their kind and helpful atmosphere was what kept us coming back. You may not have an "ocean view" but the hotel is nearby several places you can eat, shop, and/or dine. It is a nice place to come, relax, and The next time we are in town, we will be staying at SpringHill Suites!"
