"WORST SERVICE EVER!!! The reviews online were the very reason we chose Harrah's for the 2026 BRT weekend event. Our 2-night experience at the hotel however was the worst so far. We wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Front desk staff were unprofessional and very rude during check-in. They acted like they were doing you a favor. The rooms were dusty, smelly and unkempt. "Very confusing when you get there to check in. Staff was not very helpful in guiding us to the front desk, after check in, just handed the keys. Had to figure out where the elevators were to get to the room. It's a older Hotel compared to a few that we visited during our stay. Bathrooms need some updating but the room was comfortable.
