"Room service was not available when advertised "

"Room was clean AC in the living room was very cold not very strong in the bedroom. Had to maintain door open to try to get some air from the living room into the bedroom to try to sleep comfortably biggest drawback is when you want to watch TV to wind down the Chromecast only available feature built into the TV does not work properly . Does not stay connected so you cannot watch Netflix or prime video or anything properly . Lago mar needs to upgrade their televisions to have these apps readily...

"I was very disappointed in the hotel overall. It did not live up to my standards of what a Hilton property should be and wasn’t worth the price. In my opinion, I feel as though Hilton purchased a lesser known hotel and put their name on it to attract more guests. There was no microwave in the room in which to heat up any food you may have. "This is a great property. The location is within walking distance of the beach, and plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. There are areas great for families, and also party spots. The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The pool area which sits on the 5th floor is really nice with amazing views of the coastline."

"The hotel was decent. It wasn't as special as I thought it should be. Plus, it's the same place as another hotel, they share a lobby and probably everything else. It was clean and the staff were helpful. The walls were kinda thin. But, it served it's purpose."
