"Due to flight delays, we arrived at 5:00 am on 05/13. We notified the hotel twice in advance of when we were arriving. 05/12 was paid for so we could get in our room upon arrival. We ran the door bell several times and waited for 5+ minutes outside only to gain access because others were leaving. Then, when inside, the man on duty stayed seated, told us we couldn’t check in till the afternoon. Had to persuade him to look in the computer to confirm our reservation and check us in. "We stayed in room 709 which is a one bedroom suite with partial ocean view for our anniversary. View from the balcony was excellent and you could hear the ocean all night long when the sliding glass door was open, very relaxing. Resort is right on the beach with a nice bar and pool and jacuzzi. Service and location were great and the front desk even sent up a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! Can't wait to visit the resort again soon! "
