"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive. Drinks very expensive. Walk way along the ocean to other resorts. Only issue a lot of rules by the pool. Don’t bring leftover food to the pool because they will ask you to leave."

If they offer you an upgrade from studio to 1 bedroom garden view be aware you will be facing the parking lot and the hwy with traffic and trucks all day and night. "Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. Eventually moved back to adult pool and walked around and found a staff member. After that we just decided to go directly to the bar ourselves for a drink. I got the feeling they thought we weren’t staying there but they should ask. We were guests of the hotel. I would appreciate spending that kind of money per night to not have to seek out...

"The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...
