When arriving they offered a small card with your benefits including daily credit back, complimentary water bottles and complimentary beach towels. Instead of offering them to you at your arrival, it was like pulling teeth constantly having to go back to the front desk to ask for the complimentary items. "What a fantastic hotel! I travelled to Maui with my husband and two children aged 5 & 8. Upton arrival the valet helped with our bags, gave the children and us gorgeous necklaces and check-in was quick! I didn’t like that the room we received was such a stretch to walk to so came back and the really helpful manager, despite being almost at full capacity moved us to a higher room category with a beautiful partial ocean view. "Great hotel. Stayed there many times. Our only disappointment was the dinner was had the pool bar. The food was terrible. We ordered sides of broccoli and it was served with a spaghetti meat sauce on the top. We couldn’t eat it."
