"My room was nice and comfortable and it was quiet ( when the parties from fill moon festival were over) the gardens and pool lovely , decent facilities like filtered water and a hairdryer. We loved the location , close to beach, shops and restaurants. There were however negatives with my friend's room which made her stay not as comfortable as mine namely No hot water the entire 3 day stay and no hairdryer. "

"I just finished an amazing 2 week stay here. The location is perfect, quiet but also very easy access to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. The common areas were immaculately kept (everything outdoors swept at least 2x per day). The pool was so clean and inviting and a great central feature in the common area. The room was cleaned spotlessly and the bed linens smelled sooooo good. And then there is Lisa. I can’t say enough good things about her and the genuine care that she has for both...

"Friendly helpful people, great view, lovely warm swimming pool and very clean room/bathroom. Breakfast was just an average. Pancakes were very disappointing, and the eggs were nothing special. Overall, great stay. We would happily stay here again, no question."

"Check in was fine. Room was not that clean and had many things broken. For the price of this place I was very shocked. We rented scooters from their security staff per their recommendation. The first scooters they gave us were in horrible condition. We asked for better ones. They gave us worse ones. We ended up breaking down and it took us 3 hours to get back. They still wanted to charge us full price for these rentals. Staff is nice, food was good and views amazing. "

"This property is a hidden gem at the end of a dusty road, a quick walk away from the Tamarind beach. The owners are clearly very proud of their little hotel and it makes for an absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast is simple but hearty, the pool is a cool haven on a hot day, and the courtyard is an enclave of peace and quiet. "

"The views from the hotel are lovely and the staff were extremely kind, but I was a bit disappointed with this place, especially for the price that we paid. Be aware that the upper area where vehicles do pickup/drop off is currently under construction and hard to access/navigate. They had wheelbarrows, motorbikes, and rebar all over the place - we had to squeeze past it, which was hard to do with suitcases. Manageable but I wouldn't feel comfortable doing so with elderly or children. They do...

"We had the Villa Bunga perfect for large families with great sized personal pool. 3 large bedrooms all with own ensuites. The view from the balcony over Lembongan beach is amazing. Restaurants at the top or bottom of stairs. This Villa had it all definitely recommend Aqua Nusa."
