I was especially impressed because they took the time to mail me a diamond necklace that I accidentally left behind. I honestly didn’t think I would get it back, but they went above and beyond to return it to me. Truly excellent service and highly recommended."

We were greeted with glasses of rosé at our evening check in and dog treats and a toy for our pup. The room was adorable, spacious, and clean. We loved the breakfast service and pool area and appreciated that they provided beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We will definitely be back!"

"A true oasis, truly zen. Magnificent breakfast and while no restaurant, they do offer outstanding snacks and pizza for lunch. The pool is a great size for swimming and fantastic loungers. My family hails from Laguna and this place feels like the hotel designed to give you the locals vibe. Rooms are so delightful. Gorgeous boutique hotel. Try it."

"parking is $40 a night to use the lot you’re already paying for a room in. Loud thumps and noise levels from 6am till midnight."

"Nice view room was big, but the management is not on site, the remote didn't work because the batteries were leaking acid and wouldn't come to replace them. I went to take a shower the water turned on my fiance walked in telling me that the floor was wet so I turned the water off but it wouldn't turn off called management and they said the main valve is outside the unit we will fix it in the morning and didn't let us change rooms. Turned an amazing family trip into a frustrating nightmare."

"Rooms were not as advertised. First room was no better than a Motel 6, on the road, so loud. We had a fire alarm battery going off, so luckily got moved interior room, but it was no better in terms of cleanliness. Carpets in the halls were taped down with duck tape. No phone in room to call valet, even though that was the only way to retrieve your car. Would NOT recommend or stay again."
