"Didnt stay in blancos the hotel i picked.Was informed there was a leak.So put us in the sister hotel.the grand hotel.The room was not good.there was dust everywhere.The cups were full of dust.when we complained.Was told the room has been used in a while.we will inform housekeeping.payed for breakfast but hotel didnt do it.Had to get up and drive back to blancos a mile away to eat.Then return to the grand for my stuff🤐"

"We have stayed in this hotel several times. The only problem we had sometimes is the noise coming from people next door, I would say it needs a bit of renovating and upgrading, otherwise the beds are comfortable and provide a good sleep."

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. "A really lovely place to stay. Convenient with car parking to the rear of the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Stayed in the main hotel this time and the room was really comfortable and quiet. A few stairs to navigate but all worth it. Would definitely recommend."
