Hotel dekat Kenfig National Nature Reserve

"Lovely room with an amazing view. Facilities were great, and there were lots of lovely little touches, such as the dressing gowns. Also I had asked if there would be any oat/soya milk available as I have an intolerance, when we arrived there was not only oat milk but gluten and dairy free cereals, biscuits and yoghurt. "A note that the amenities were in a different hotel, so you’ll need to walk across the street for an open bar/restaurant."

"Perfect location next to marina and the beach, beautiful panoramic view on Swansea and surrounding hills, very close to shops and restaurants, there is the bar on 28th floor with amazing view in all directions, apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable, host is very friendly and told me what is worth to visit around, where I can find local shops and good restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would like to come back in the future."

"Comfortable room and good breakfast. Pleasant staff."

"Next to the beach and close to a grocery chain shop. Weather was exceptionally hot."

"The restaurant was excellent with a great menu taste Staff top notch The hotel was great but the bathroom although very clean shows it’s ready for a makeover"

"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."

Cheap furniture, a wobbly toilet, an unsuitably small shelf in shower, cheap tea and coffee. Also only one bath towel between two, and one hand towel - no bath mat. For an expensive room (even for a Sunday) it was quite basic in lots of ways, and disappoining when compared to the plush bar and seating areas downstairs. Evening meal and breakfast were excellent....
