"Bed was really comfortable - I slept really well. All the staff were lovely and helpful."

"The breakfast was plastic containers filled with cereal and yogurt. Smelled marijuana a couple of times. Doorknob didn’t latch. Woken at 12:30 am by people running up and down the halls and pounding on doors (naked). Place was very clean but tired. No hot water at 9 am. "

"Wonderful stay! Tucked away off the beaten path. Beautiful estate! Great breakfast and enjoyed the wisteria blooming outside our bedroom window!"

"Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, excellent shower. Did not have any meals so can’t comment on those. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Only criticism is that the room was too warm for our liking even with the heating off."

"The room staff breakfast all more than good But the down side for me was the tv I'm 64 years old and my hearing is not great now I do understand the volume not going so loud as to disturb the next room but the volume goes from 1 to 100 so why set it at 10 I had to sit right next to it to hear it never been to a hotel that has it set below 20"

"The room did the job - but numerous issues. Missing some basic necessities like a bedside light. Had to use the public wifi from the bar downstairs which was choppy at best. The problems started right from the beginning. Check in according to the website was 10:00pm. But at 8:30pm I had a message saying I wouldn't be able to check in after 9 as the bar shuts at that point. I was on a train so unable to get there for that time, and somebody very kindly stayed to let me in, but they still...

"Not much beer in stock, I was told there had been an issue over the weekend but I had a glass of wine 🍷. Staff we're talkative, room was spacious and clean, excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in the room."

"The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside "

"I have stayed at a few of these hotels for work as I travel around quite regularly. There seems to be a reoccurring theme that the bathrooms have a really horrible drain smell. I would have mentioned this to staff but I dropped my bags off to the room went for dinner come back and it was already around 8:30- 9:00. The second theme is the service in the bar is inconsistent - my drink came quickly and my main came around 20 mins after this .. I had ordered pizza. Also bare in mind I’m a solo...
