But externally: the "lobby" is negligible, the "breakfast" is a to-go bag of uninteresting snacks, it's a so-so sketchy neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk to a subway station. the staff are helpful, but difficult to understand (heavy Indian accents)"

"Nice amenities. We came during the St Pattys parade so reaching the hotel was a bit complicated - wish we would have gotten the heads up but the staff was v helpful. The hotel was definitely louder / busier. I would reconsider going off season since the rooms are pretty small with no fridge available and the amenities are limited. The good thing is there is Walgreens nearby so if you want to pick some stuff up then it’s convenient. "

"My huge disappointment was that they offer a shuttle to the airport- the reason I booked the hotel. Problem is they don’t tell you that they only take you to gate 8 ! I was traveling with my 91 year old mother and wanted to make traveling easier for her. I needed to get to gate 5. It was a big production to get there.
