"I loved the combination of a homey historical house, with modern day amenities. The room was on the third floor which was a bit of a challenge for me but the space was perfect for me and my daughter. The daily breakfast was always great food, and the patios were so nice and convenient. The location was walking distance from the beach! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!"

"The Dormer House location was very convenient to the beach and to the famous Washington Street Mall. The parking is definitely a plus, because there is no parking anywhere when the summer is in full swing. The hostess was wonderful and very informative about the area and local activities, including at the house. There was short story reading on the porch, which was nice for something different.
