"Location is picturesque, Tiburon is a very beautiful area with lots of outdoor activities as well as high end dining and shops if that’s suits you. We visited Angel Island by ferry which was fun. Check in was very easy and parking is super convenient on the premises. The hotel is outdated and the rooms are very basic close to à 2 star quality. "Got shut into a room where the only outside window was to a covered parking lot. Not super clean and everything was pretty tired. Don't think it was worth the money but it's on the cheaper side so I suppose that's what you get. I will say it was a fantastic area to stay in and I'd definitely try to stay nearby again someday."

"Such a clean and charming bed and breakfast with so much character. The shared spaces are welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic each and every day! The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. The neighborhood is safe with a lot of food options and corner stores nearby. If you drive here, parking is challenging but not impossible I look forward to staying here again in the future."

"A unique stay in the North Beach area. Booked the hotel due to walkability to Pier 39, Fisherman's Warf, and Pier 27 for a Princess Cruise. We are in good shape, took BART from SFO to Embarcadero and then walked 1.5 miles with carry-on luggage and a personal item to the hotel. A pretty direct route along Columbus gets you to the hotel, but it is a bit up hill at times. You also must carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. "No microwave or fridge in the room - and the room itself looked nothing like the photos posted. My shoes stuck to the floor (could be leftover cleaning solution) and there were dustballs of hair in the corner of the closet, which didn’t have doors.
