"Yes on both! Very pleased. Parking is outdoors, but felt neighborhood was safe and walking distance to restaurants and beach which was a plus. Staff was helpful and pleasant as well. "

"Our stay was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. We were right in the middle of all the activities we had planned and had a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again. The only issue was WiFi didn’t work good at night but I hooked my hotspot up from my phone so it wasn’t a huge issue."

"This facility was a dump & there are no on-site employees to help with any issues. Mold in the shower & on the bathroom walls. Bed was broken & the mattress for the pull out is waffer thin. Also be AWARE animals/pets are allowed in the rooms so of course my unit smelled like cat urine. OVERALL would never recommend using Expedia or to stay at Beachside Gardens Apartments by Lowkl. Customer service is not these companies prioritizes."
