"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. "Terrible experience. We booked 2 bedroom for a family from June 2 2026 until June 12, 2026. The first night we noticed we got itchy, figured it must be allergies. Started taking Zyrtec. As we continued our stay the rash got worse especially on legs, in zig zag pattern. My daughter got very sick, irritable. Then i saw BEDBUGS and we are both severely allergic to them. "We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Lodge! The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. "Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s.
