"A very spacious room and relaxation area. Pleasantly surprised after reading last reviews. Staff excellent and very helpful especially when we had an issue with toilet system. A huge shout out to Ya Ya, fabulous customer service and when above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Room service excellent. Happy Hour fruit/ice cream nice touch. Pool looked great, but weather not good enough to use. Good choice at breakfast. Small gym but sufficient for light work out. Overall really happy...

"The location of this hotel is amazing. On the beach but its also a huge place...about 900 people with 4 pools and lots of space to hang out. Cleanliness is key. There are always staff around cleaning. Excellent customer service at the desk to arrange whatever you want. The mini market is in the hotel between it and Sunwing so if you forgot something, its there. Also good snacks for the room with an excellent fridge."

"stayed for a couple nights and had an overall lovely experience. the rooms were clean, lovely decor, big fridge and tv. the aircon worked really well. bathroom was small but good for our stay and stocked with little amenities. would definately recommend and thank the staff for their kindness :) "
