"Llegamos después de las 4:00pm y aún no estaba lista la habiatacion, tuvimos que esperar, y cuando ingresamos el piso estaba mojado. El techo tiene humedad y en la habitación hay olor a humedad. Las sábanas y fundas de almohadas muy desgastadas."

"Perfect place in terms of decor and comfort. It’s nicely tucked in the center of town . Perfect for a mother / daughter getaway. The spiral staircase give the place a challenging but worthwhile exercise of balance and fun"

"The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more."

"Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

"Prior to checking in the host sends you a code for the front door, your room is open and the key is in it. I had a great little room perfect size for one or two people that plan to spend days and evenings out exploring. I’m definitely considering this location next time I head south."

"Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…"

"Horrible check in experience with Nitzel. Very negative and unhelpful. Also, found roaches in the room."

"The property is beautiful but very rundown, it is in desperate need of a remodel and looks like they are working on that. Our toilets did not flush properly and we never had hot water. On the other hand we had a huge beautiful suite with 2 bedrooms and our own private pool for way less than the major named hotels so could not beat that. The employees were very friendly and always helpful. I would totally go back but if they get this place remodeled to it's former glory I will probably not be...

"A great property. It is a condominiums building, beach front in the Hotel zone. I liked it. Rooms and bathroom was very clean. Premses were clean as well. Rooms has a Kitchenette. Good lightning, comfy beds. Restaurant was ok. I wold stay again"

"The property was very functional without any frills but what made it nice was its magnificent view. Clara and Sofia were nice and helpful, making the stay immaculate. What took away our comfort was the gaps at the main door and the lack of insulation which might have shielded some of the noise from the road and critters from entering. A blanket was also not provided for the sofa bed and we never received one upon request. It is also strange that there is a window in the area of the shower in...

"Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées"

"Good staff and shop nearby"
