"This was our first B&B and it did not disappoint. Our room was so cute, exactly as the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Our room (#3) was large enough for two people, with a small table and chairs. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again if we get back to Boston. Joan, the owner, is fabulous. She made us eggs to order to go along with our breakfast items. The property is less than a block from the water which allowed us to have a wonderful walk before...

"My wife and I spent a night here. The house was beautiful. Our room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Just be aware that you do have to use stairs. Morning breakfast was great. But perhaps the best part of the stay was an engaging conversation with our host. You will not be disappointed if you stay here."

"Very clean and cozy room. The inn keeper was so nice and welcoming. Such a great experience staying here. Parking was fine, we went when there was a festival downtown but once that cleared out we got parking right behind the building. Restaurant on the site looked amazing, but I ended up getting a to go breakfast right next door. Amazing location, amazing place. 10/10!"
