"No air conditioning was difficult! Yes, there is an island breeze all the time but with the rain you had constant humidity and it was difficult for me to sleep. This was mentioned in the description, so it’s not their fault, but it would be nice to put a few AC units at least in the bedroom."

"Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "

"NO AC so be prepared for that. Get a portable unit in June/July or it will be a bad trip. The view was nice from the balcony. Area pretty nice. Room showed it had a washer/dryer but did not. So we had to do our laundry at the machines which cost. The fridge door is rusted out and we had to kick the lower part just to make it close. Found a roach trip hiding behind the coffee machine, which is not something you want to see when you cook. Beds were okay but the fold out bed was rough. If you rent...

"The property we stayed at had the quality of a fairly luxurious time share property, but for a fraction of the price. A short drive from Hanalei, and a short walk to a private beach. We had two full rooms, a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a deck. I was also super pleased with the communication from their main staff member. However, be warned to read the fine print as you do have to pay a fairly costly cleaning fee as part of this rental. I would definitely go there again."
