We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Troy as a first point of contact was particularly friendly and helpful giving us vital informationto help our days run smoother. We will miss him! In fact all staff were really welcoming and went out of their way for us, from reception staff to cleaners to restaurant workers.

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. The hotel was in the perfect location for the fisherman’s wharf and Pier 39 so great to just wander around and take in the sights. The hotel itself was top notch, lovely industrial decor, well kept and lots of lovely touches like a courtyard to sit in the sun, water machines, fresh tea and coffee and biscuits in the morning, lots of board games to play in the lobby and Aveda products in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Valet parking is expensive but we found a 24 hour parking...

Great hotel , with character. Good location, friendly staff.

Great location free breakfast great

First time stay at this hotel. Great location. Great public transport almost on doorstep. Great customer service at front desk. Al at the bar was excellent and gave some great tips on getting about. We were in Room 504, and had a view of Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge. We asked for a mini fridge and coffee making facilities, and by the time we got back from our trip for dinner, they were set up in our room for us. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was comfortable, clean and well appointed. Hotel is in a great location for all the sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Happy hour is a great addition. Only improvement needed is the shower!

Quirky Hitel in a good location

Good location for what we wanted to do. Many warned us off SF due to homeless situation but we felt safe in daylight hours. Lovely restaurant recommends from hotel team & walkable gor our Love Tour.

Beautiful building with loads of character. Very comfortable and clean. Well located, short walk to the piers and into the Italian sector. Well connected to local public transport. Helpful staff and great amenities.

Lovely little hotel in a nice area. Park across the road and lots of restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful with breakfast choices good. Unusual to have breakfast included in America. Every evening wine, cheese, olives etc happy hour, all in the house. A very nice and welcoming idea. Would certainly stay here again .

This is a well maintained , refreshed quiet spot for a very comfortable rest. Good mattress, windows that open or AC if you want it. Nice size rooms for all your stuff, good lighting and plugs if you need to work. Nice bits and pieces of thoughtful extras that other big chain hotels are no longer doing. Clearly a small property that is doing well from the hard work being put into it by the family that runs it. I will be staying again!
