"We stayed Six days. Staff was exceptionally nice. Location was perfect. Food was plentiful but a little bland. We enjoyed the two nights with restaurant service instead of buffet. The location is hard to beat the people are very nice, clean comfortable accommodations. The pool and ocean water are wonderful. We loved our vacation."

"The staff were excellent although many issues with noisy room “loud machine on roof likely ac unit” and my Daughter and I had to be extracted from an elevator stuck between floors Nothing other than apologies offered for an extremely expensive resort!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Our apartment seemed like it was basically brand new. Only hiccup was with the shuttle from the airport, customs took so long our driver apparently took someone else instead! So we were left with no ride. Another driver from a different resort offered to take us and worked out payment with Acqua, so that was nice, he saved the day, but it we were a little bit nervous getting into his vehicle, but it did all work out....

"This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again."

"Unfortunately we did not have water for 2 days, and while it may or may not be a maintenance issue, it simply made our stay very uncomfortable as we couldn’t shower, use the washroom, etc. The staff are very courteous and friendly but they operate based on the hotel’s rules/budget so there’s not much more they can do. The floor in the room was filthy and I don’t think it was cleaned/moped once during our stay (showed on our feet after walking barefoot, after coming from beach with clean feet)....

"The place itself is fairly nice. Fairly inconvenient having to check-in elsewhere and get to and from the front desk, but not a big deal. My issue is the property has tons of cameras and I do believe my wallet was taken from the desk in my room while I was sleeping. My fault for incorrectly locking the door when I got in to the room for the night. My issue is the place has cameras everywhere, boss was there and he refused to actually check the cameras to see if anything happened. He knew I was...

"Very convenient location in west end. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Our room did have a cat odor in it and the bathrooms could use a good grout cleaning. Everything else was clean. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast in the coffee shop was excellent! We would stay here again!"
