"Service was perfect. Room was perfect, having a full porch to yourself was amazing. Felt like our own home on the beach. Coming back for sure"

"Simply awesome, it feels like a very curated experience, food is great, staff very kind and helpful, and the amenities are actually valuable. I love it and will be definitely coming back. One last thing, if you have ever been curious about scuba diving you should give it a try here, Axel and Lucila are awesome, so knowledgeable but also friendly and fun to be around. Definitely come to Ibagari."

"Large lovely room and deck. Beautiful view. Attentive hosts. Quiet at night. Very relaxing!"

"Our family traveled to West End/West Bay for a week for vacation. I spent so much time researching the two parts of the island & I did not want to make a mistake & stay in the wrong part so we booked Infinity Bay for the first 3 nights. The property is beautiful they have some night time shows on the beach certain nights and the complimentary breakfast is awesome (especially coming from a non breakfast fan) they also have lunch type items to chose from as well. The resort is off the Main Street...

"Quiet and in the middle of West Bay and West End. Can walk to West End (10 min on the beach and 10 min inland). The food is great at the cafe and restaurant. The beach is nicer by West Bay though, which is $5 water taxi/pp/each way."

"Currently this place experienced with management changes. Therefore a huge mess in customer care."

"The best hotel in the area I highly recommend"

"the hotel is"

"No me gusto la alberca porque es muy fea la textura. raspa e irrita la piel. En nuestra estadía se fue la corriente eléctrica varias veces, en la madrugada de las 2am-5am, mucho calor y muy desagradable. El restaurante puede mejorar mucho. El personal, muy amable. "

"Hotel is set in a beautiful location. West Bay Beach. We enjoy our morning coffee and typical breakfast each morning on the pier. The boardwalk is a bit weathered. Pool is small but refreshing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean and simply furnished."

"The room was absolutely amazing over the water complete view the entire beach. They need a little plumbers tape on the showerhead. Other than that the room was amazing. The staff are so helpful so awesome. I can’t even begin to tell you how awesome they were the entire trip. If you’re staying anywhere near West Bay and you want your own little slice of paradise, this is the perfect spot."
