"Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly, the place was clean. Our apartment seemed like it was basically brand new. Only hiccup was with the shuttle from the airport, customs took so long our driver apparently took someone else instead! So we were left with no ride. Another driver from a different resort offered to take us and worked out payment with Acqua, so that was nice, he saved the day, but it we were a little bit nervous getting into his vehicle, but it did all work out. Acqua was very quiet, we loved that it was walking distance to West Bay Beach, but far enough that you didn’t hear anything from there. The breakfast was great, although more options would have been appreciated. The pool was nice and everything maintained well. We also really enjoyed having access to the beach club on west bay beach."

"The staff were excellent although many issues with noisy room “loud machine on roof likely ac unit” and my Daughter and I had to be extracted from an elevator stuck between floors Nothing other than apologies offered for an extremely expensive resort!"

"We stayed Six days. Staff was exceptionally nice. Location was perfect. Food was plentiful but a little bland. We enjoyed the two nights with restaurant service instead of buffet. The location is hard to beat the people are very nice, clean comfortable accommodations. The pool and ocean water are wonderful. We loved our vacation."

"This was a great place to stay right on the beach in the middle of West Bay. Had a good pool and a beautiful beachfront with a lot of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Breakfast buffet was solid and the beach bar/restaurant was pretty good. I’d say the cocktails need a little help. This isn’t a luxury resort, but it’s a great place to stay for the value for sure. My room was set back a little, but was just a two minute walk to be on the beach. I’d stay here again."
