"A very cosy and comfortable stay and the staff were amazingly attentive, they just couldn't do enough for us! Our vegetarian breakfasts were delicious and substantial, kept us going all day. The location for our one night stay was very convenient, being a good halfway point on the south coast between Newhaven, where we needed to be on the first day, and Southampton on the second day. "

"A good budget stay very near Chichester. Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean, cooked breakfast delicious. The pub had a wonderful social feeling in the evenings with sea shantys being sung on the first night and a quiz the second. We recieved a warm welcome. "

If only all hotels were like this hotel. Definetely deserve to win a Tourism Awards for this area. As for the room, the word 'Wow' comes to mind! The property location is a bit hard to get to, in the back corner of an industrial estate and not walkable, but still relatively convenient for the town."
