"Our room was small but we liked the cozy spot and places at hotel to relax and they had a sauna and hot tub and bar next door and a mini bar at the hotel. Staff was great."

"The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our ground floor rooms was next to the car park which was a little disconcerting, but not noisy, so that was a relief. Another ground floor room looked onto an alley, but was clean and comfortable. Overall we would probably use this hotel again. We enjoyed exploring Fort William and Neptune's Staircase and saw wonderful scenery. We were traveling by train (no car) so were...

"This is a very tired property. The carpets are tired. The rooms are tired. The facilities are tired. The food is tired - if that is possible. And all the staff seem tired. I wasn’t expecting the world but this is the sort of tired place best skipped if other options exist. And when it comes to food, you MUST find other options."

"Pulling up and parking at the property was probably a good indication of what to expect. It was very untidy in this area. Reception was good but our room was not what I expected. It was very disappointing and I made this known to the Manager at Reception. He advised this was the room that I booked but I would not have booked a room like this. It was shabby but he had nothing else"

"La ubicación es espantosas y las fotos no muestran los alrededores (horrible). Un engaño. El precio es una estafa. El restaurante - a pesar indicaba que está abierto- no lo está. Al apartamento le llega el olor de la cocina.. Casi no se puede ventilar ni abrir bien las ventanas. Pido reembolso. Fue una mala decisión y el lugar es espantoso. (Casi £400 por una noche. 😱😣)."
