"Café da manhã bem ruim. Fraco, sem muitas opções. A equipe da recepção péssima. Todos sempre de mau humor. O quarto sujo, cheio de cabelo no chão. Muito tumultuado devido à chegada e saída dos cruzeiros. Elevador pequeno e demorado. Insuficiente para tanta gente."
