The hotel is conveniently close to the cruise port and airport. The staff was very helpful. The minor negative was that there were no face towels. Otherwise everything was good!

La localisation de l'hôtel est top,8 mn du centre à pied,le personnel est très accueillant, cependant l'hôtel aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement et ne propose pas de petit déjeuner En synthèse bon rapport qualité prix

We left something in the bathroom and contacted them the next day to please look for it and save it for us and they never got back to us nor could they find it when we stopped by to check at the end of our trip.

The front desk host was incredible, and very helpful. I stayed he because I needed a place to rest at for the afternoon before my midnight flight and it did the job. If you’re looking for a place to stay for anything longer than one night, this is not the place - it’s old and rundown, dark, dingy, and situated in a desolate part of Papeete.

We only stayed one night at the Hotel Sarah Nui, and although it was old and the furnishings were old and mismatched, the room and bathroom were extremely clean which is what is important to us. The shower was great - plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Very nice staff who allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours and called us a taxi. The hotel is nice for a one or two night stay.

We chose this place for its walking proximity to the ferry terminal. The hotel is older but clean and reasonably well maintained. The room was spacious and furnished with eclectic vintage furnishings. There was a kitchenette, but no cooking facility or dishes, so not really useful. Our room overlooked a small canal. When I opened the slider to the small patio the air smelled terrible, with fish gasping for air in the black water. Ok for a night, but not a place to hang out and explore Papeete from.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me a couple of times with a taxi, recommended a place to eat and also had a bowl and spoon I could use for my breakfast. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it’s clean, quiet, and safe. It’s walking to downtown and convenient.

For some reason, the options didn’t come up for anything else as far as good excellent etc. So I have to say everything was great staff was good etc. room was clean very functional and extremely close to the Ferry.
