"Extremely noisy and unable to sleep until well past 23.30 hrs when the bar shut. Even after that, water noises and pipes rattling. The location was good for our purpose of visit and rooms were decent with tea/coffee and a good size towel provided. Aside from the noise, the lack of Reception staff and communication between management and Reception/cleaning staff needs to drastically improve! My daughter,a student in London, stayed the night before we arrived and arranged WITH MANAGEMENT via email...

"La habitación estaba muy pólvora y el drenaje de la regadera tapado Nunca limpiaron bien la habitación y tuvimos que reportar 3 veces el drenaje de la regadera y no lo arreglaron hasta que se inundó la mitad del baño. Cuando llegas no hay rampa para subir las maletas y no había personal para ayudarnos con las escaleras y hasta que entramos ya apareció el concierge."

"Amazing place for a week-long stay away from the major tourist areas. Great food all around and an artist vibe—not too loud on the weekends either. It’s run by a small but kind staff. Bring your own shampoo, washcloth, and tissues, and be okay with a late-day room service. Would use again!"

"Ive stayed here a few times, as i always have a great sleep there but not this time. The smoke detector was flashing and the Air con also had flashing light. Which the guy at the front desk came and covered all the flashing lights. I also mentioned the aircon was not working. Not even the fan setting would work. But i guess because it was late no one could fix it. Slept horribly which defeated the purpose of me staying."
