"Love the pools but the rules about no toys, no pool toys, no kids toys is absurd especially when you have toddlers who want to play with diving toys while wearing their goggles, or take buckets to the splash pad this just doesn’t make sense and really takes away the fun. Marriott should really re-think this."

"Easy check in process. Easily changed our room to make it easier to take our dog out. Spacious room with everything we needed. Clean room in general. Only quips were that the bathroom door did not latch so it could not be locked for privacy and lighted mirror had a couple of strobing bulbs. Pool had plenty of inflatables and toys for the kids. Would stay again easily"

"There was no cold water. Staff said let it run, I filled the bath tub and it was still warm. Staff said that was normal for Phoenix area. I explained I am from Phoenix and haven't ever seen that before. Staff was helpful in canceling my reservation and getting a full refund."

"Blindsided. We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration. My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year. Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware. Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...
