"This was the best hotel we could have chosen!! The ferry to and from Gargnano was not as easy as we thought, so we were thankful to have the rental car and the option to pay for the parking lot for the week. Hotel owner and his parents were LOVELY and made the stay so nice for us! They even went out of their way to try to find a gluten free option for breakfast food for me!"

"The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. "Along with other hotel guests, we had an unprecedented issue on our final night staying at this hotel, when a freak hail storm severely damaged our hire car. We found the reception staff to be exceedingly helpful, to us and to all guests, in helping us organise tow trucks and leaving the hotel/journeying elsewhere. The reception staff worked tirelessly all day with no breaks, keeping guests updated on the status of our tow trucks, and in our case speaking Italian on the phone to the tow truck...

"Just arrived home from the most amazing trip away to Hotel Meandro. Everything from the arrival, to staff, the room and food was perfect and of course the wonderful view from the room and the Sky Terrace was breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.
