"We LOVED our stay at Hotel Europa! We booked the panoramic lake view suite and it surpassed our expectations. Beautiful lake views every morning is a fantastic way to wake up :) The hotel is family run and the friendly staff make you feel right at home. Breakfast is a fabulous selection of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, and eggs cooked as you prefer. A cappuccino every morning on their terrace is a dream. The hotel provides parking and is a short walk to the local beach or the center of town....

"Just arrived home from the most amazing trip away to Hotel Meandro. Everything from the arrival, to staff, the room and food was perfect and of course the wonderful view from the room and the Sky Terrace was breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We arrived late in the evening after some delays and they made sure we had easy instructions for a self check in. Breakfast was a real highlight of the trip - lovely food and the most attentive and friendly staff who our baby looked...

"The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses...

"We did not get the rooms that we booked. We were supposed to have two rooms with a Lakeview and balcony. One room was supposed to have 2 beds and neither did. The staff at the hotel had no resolution and it was already charged to our card."

"Two things were missing, which are : - no good coffee in rooms - no gym, even small room, those outdoor exercise machine are not good and exposed on sun all day long."
