"The only positive was that the desk agent helped us carry bags up 4 flights of stairs because there is no lift. The entire place was dirty, the shower in the room had someone else’s hair in it still Signs of bed bugs Shelf was hanging off the wall. There were syringes and medical waste on the window ..."

Hôtel Du Flâneur
"We had a room that had an air conditioner that made an intermittent buzzing grinding noise every few minutes even when the AC was off. The staff were not able to do anything in the evening so just gave us ear buds. The buds did not block the noise so we got very little sleep."
