Great hotel steps away from CDG, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, the room is quite small but so thoughtfully laid out, the shower was great, the restaurant staff were very helpful and accommodating of my food allergy, will absolutely stay here again.

The bar staff were awesome during my stay. I was working in the restaurant area after my check out and the staff made me complimentary coffee and a cocktail. It’s a great hotel when you need to stay near the airport for one night!

What a beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Such a unique place to stay and it is very modern. I would definitely recommend this place. The breakfast in the morning is really good. I ordered from their menu for some of the other meals and it was good.

This was the second citizenM hotel I’ve stayed at and again it was great value for money. Check in is straight forward, the room was clean and soundproof and breakfast was sufficient. A reliable choice if you don’t want to splash out on somewhere upmarket.

We were really impressed by the friendliness of the staff and how helpful they were. And that they had two vegan main dishes on their menu. Once we figured out how it worked, the Airport shuttle was very easy.

Modern pod system with all the amenities you need for a pod the width of a very comfortable bed. Breakfast on the pricey side if you are looking for basics like Cornflakes and toast and you can get other food at cdg T3 airport much cheaper. Great place ideal say and go with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quality linen, towels and comfy pillows. Modern and stylish hotel. Breakfast was great value for money, a good variety of food, and great to be able to have a barista coffee included. We would not hesitate to stay again before or after a flight. Convenient to get to/from the station and airport on the shuttle train. It's not clearly explained in the hotel information, but the shuttle train lists the different airport hotels and which stop to access them from ( more explanation of this in the hotel information would have been helpful).
