Dear Philipp, We would like to thank you for your review . We are deeply sorry to see that we didn't meet your expectations during your stay with us. However, we would like to point out some misunderstanding points mentioned in your message.The size of the  rooms  you have been given is 19m2 which clearly correspond to the size of the Superior room you have booked. If a bigger room was required from you side, perhaps opting for another room or higher category could've been a better option.Our hotel is a 4 stars hotel recognized by the French tourism organization, and we do strictly follow all the requisits to maintain our reputation. The gothic spirit and the design of the hotel is what makes us unique. We'are sorry that you didn't like it, but it's useless to say that we have rooms in the basement and that we don't have daylight because that's not the case.
