Not a 3 stars hotel like they advertise . It is more a 2 stars hotel. The photos are misleading. I liked the kindness and nice ,warm attitude from Olga the receptionist.
However I was asked to pay 65 euros deposit in case of damage of the property or leaving with the key. I think this was a bit too much. I have never been asked for a deposit before in many hotels and countries i have visited. I had to pay city taxes as well and thought i have already paid in Expedia. We were given a room was on the 5th floor and I don't use lift for phobia reasons. I asked could i get another room on a lower floor , and they said it is not possible. When we arrived to the room , the twin beds , single beds were extremely small and narrow. Luckily my daughter and I are small women but still was very uncomfortable to sleep. I was afraid to fall of the bed therefore i couldnt rest properly. I asked for a room with a bigger bed ( I wouldn't have mind to pay the difference) but they said no that all beds are the same size. Breakfast was good , a bit basic, and there were not gluten-free or dairy -free options. Quite the opposite. No decaffeinated coffee either. I would honestly give the hotel 2 stars, for me was more like a hostel not a 3 stars hotel. Thank you
