Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. It's a bit far out of the city, but there's a tram stop right outside and RER trains just a short walk away. Although it's on a main road with a tram line, the rooms was quiet. Would definitely recommend

The propery was fine for my solo trip. There was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and stains on the dark carpet. The area was actually better than I had expected after first glance from the metro to the hotel. The neighborhood had plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance.

Great quiet stay

Very charming, clean, remodeled hotel off the beaten path. Was able to check in early, which coming off an international flight is a mercy, and the concierge is very nice. Great shower, hot water, and elbow room. Heated bathroom floor, blackout curtains. Grocery store and kebab stand right outside. Tram T3 stops right outside the hotel. I haven’t been to Paris for at least a decade, but this hotel was a great find. Would definitely stay here again. Solo female traveler.

Things went missing

I would have given more stars due to our actual stay was very pleasant. However things went missing in our room which I enquired about and never had a response for. They were given an opportunity to help our situation and we were ignored so therefore I sadly wouldn’t recommend.

It was a surprise to come at the hotel which was under construction without any prior notification from hotel side. The reception looked messy, elevator didn't work and so did the room entrance card. Nevertheless staff at the reception looked relaxed. A room itself wasn't bad, but a hotel is located close to the street with intensive traffic, so it was quite noisy.

We had a great time here! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the airconditioning worked really well. The bathroom was perfect. The metro is really close by and in a couple of minutes you walk to cosy breakfast café’s and cute markets. See you next time hotel Clarissé ;)

Étant seul, j'avais un lit bébé dans de déplié dans la chambre qui était déjà petite. Difficile de bouger dans la chambre. Il fallait déplacer le petit lit. Bureau avec un fauteuil bas. Pas le plus agréable pour travailler à l'ordinateur.

Pas terrible non insonorise on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambre voisine .pas de place dans une chambr cense faire 16 m carre il y avait 2 lit de 140 sur 190 accole on pouvais a peine passer entre les .pas plus de 10cn les séparé. Nous etion 2 adultes accompagné de nos petis enfants de 4 ans et 6 ans aub2 eme etage avec 1 ascenseurbqui pouvais contenir qu un adute avec 1 bagage .moi j appel ca un montr charge et non un ascenseur .parking a 25 Euris par nuit situe a environ 100 m de l hotel donc pas tres pratique avec des enfants en bas age .bref on gardera un mauvais souvenir de ce passge dans cet hotel
