Amazing property and rooms, everything was seamless even the breakfast was lovely. Unfortunately this property does not accept modest swimwear so if you are someone who wears such attire you will not be able to use any of the spa facilities including the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel near Paris Airport . The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony where we could relax after a day of sightseeing. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool. Our kids absolutely loved it and looked forward to swimming every day. It made our family trip even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Paris.

Nice big family suite at a good price. Excellent breakfast. Helpful kind staff. Dryer did not work but they gave us a bunch of hangers to solve the problem we were able to still dry all our laundry hanging it out on our deck. We were desperate for clean clothes. Also there is a fee to use the pool area of 10 euros per adult & 5 euros per child which surprised us. It was a beautiful pool with hot tub. Beautiful warm private change rooms with doors and nice showers. I'd go here again.

The employees were nice and helpful, very busy front desk when checking in and we had to wait a rather long time. The room was spacious but old school and run down, especially the head board of the bead. Towel heating racks dusty and some other places in the living room as well. Very good food from the restaurant in room service.

We got a nice big room with a little kitchen and balcony. Right at the airport which was nice! Everything was clean. We had a big problem with being charged extra to use the pool. I know its fairly common in europe but still sucks to be charged extra just to go for a swim int he summer. We also had two beds in our room and one didnt have a proper blanket. Made the call for a new one with the desk and it took 2 hours to get it. We were basically in bed at that point lol.

The hotel was decent as was the breakfast, the hotel has good parking for cars and really close to the airport. I couldn’t use the bath as the plug was broken (the room has a shower) and strips of plastic covering previous damage peeling off slightly, no doubt I would stay again, if the room was such a problem I would have asked for another but this suited me, short walk into the village where you can get a decent dinner if you didn’t want the hotel food….!

I loved my stay! The hotel room was very clean and had everything I needed. The reception team was incredibly welcoming, and I really appreciated how spotless everything was. The breakfast was great, and the room was calm and quiet you don’t hear noise from other rooms or outside. A big thank you to Anna, the cleaning woman. She did an amazing job. Thank you!

Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver thoroughly explained getting to each airport terminal from the drop off point. Daytime shuttle service is limited and is an extra fee Maintenance responded within minutes for a simple repair. TV reception was weak but could not be repaired. A little kitchenette was useful for a 2 day stay. Many choices for self serve breakfast (not included in price) and well staffed, clean with many choices. Glass door shower entrance is extremely narrow. A deep bathtub is available with attached hand held shower. Walking to the village is pleasant through a park behind hotel. Spa was closed but indoor pool was available.

The room was clean and so were the spaces in general. The staff was great, helpful and very kind. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning at the room was very good, but in general areas not quite sufficient as the temperature was during the time around 36C. In overal I was very happy for my staying at the hotel.
