"Terrible experience – definitely not worth $170 a night!
Extremely disappointing stay. I paid approximately $170 for one night, expecting a decent three-star hotel, but the experience was nowhere near what I expected for that price.
The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable.
I went to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room,...

"I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. During our stay, there was loud shouting, swearing, and smoking in the corridor outside our room until around 1:30 AM. When my wife politely asked the group to be quiet, they responded aggressively, which made us feel unsafe. We also found hair on the bed sheets, suggesting the room had not been properly cleaned. The lack of action from hotel staff was very disappointing. Overall, a terrible experience and one I would not wish to repeat"

"This hotel does offer breakfast however, it is not included in your stay. Lobby coffee is also not free! Was expected to have a coffee pot in my room in addition to a hot water kettle. I had no coffee pot, just the kettle with packets of instant coffee but our companions had both. Lighting in the bathrooms is very dim, as well as in the entire room. There are no dresser drawers, just a closet with a few hangers so be prepared to live out of your suitcase with only one luggage jack. Washcloths...

"Avoid this hotel – security and safety failures, dismissive staff
This was a genuinely horrible experience. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful ordeal due to serious safety and security failures, compounded by a dismissive attitude from staff when we raised them.
Security lock not functioning: The supplementary door lock — the mechanism separate from the electronic keycard that's supposed to stop the room being opened from outside — simply did not work. When we...

"Hotel situated within easy reach of Gare D’Lyon by Metro/Subway
The hotel is in good condition, the main let down was the attitude of the staff smoking outside when I was waiting for service at the reception.
This happened on a couple of occasions.
The area appeared to be safe and also close to Orly Airport."
