Nice hotel however on a rather isolated location, but the it gives the advantage of being really in nature. The hotel has quite some elements to be a very nice resort but it has as well some minor points. Positive are the location in nature, the space, nice and clean rooms, helpful reception agents, nice terrace and bar. Negative are the state of thr parking lot which is in a bad condition, impossible to roll your luggage and if you have to park far then it becomes an issue. Restaurant personnel during breakfast seems not to be interested in taking care of the restaurant. After all the H in hotel means especially “hospitality “.
Used this hotel as a stop on our way to the south of France. We stayed in a spacious suite with the kids. Kids could on a different floor, so that was convenient. Hotel is located in a nice green environment.
Very beautiful setting with woods and horses, nice renovated hotel with very friendly staff. The family room with a double bed and two singles was huge, with a very large balcony and gorgeous views. A great find before heading to the airport in the morning!
It's an amazing hotel. The reception very friendly, nice staff.
The breakfast really complete.
The rooms are very large and very confortable. The bed clothes very soft. the bed very big.
The bathroom spacious, clean.
We stayed 3 nights. Horrible experience. We had 6 big suitcases with kids and they told us elevator was broken. We had to carry heavy suitcases up ourself during checkin.
Elevator was not fixed 3 days after and again kids and us have to carry suitcases down.
Manager suppose to talk to us about experience and suppose to help with baggages. He didn’t even bother to talk to us
Expedia and Best western tricked us.
No AC here.
Very bad experience after paying so much money
This hotel is lovely and modern. I didn’t realize it was in the French countryside, which made the commute to Paris a little more difficult but it turned out well in the end. Would definitely stay again.
Americans used to a/c everywhere visiting in summer beware. There is no a/c and no screens on the windows. Visiting during a week of 90 degree weather was miserable. The hotel did loan us one small fan.
