"Positive: 1) Location was excellent/ accessible. Near restaurants and groceries. 2) Excellent staff 3) fridge and microwave on room 4) drinking water accessible on 1st floor Areas for improvement: 1) could not figure out how to program clock 2) need soap dispenser and wipes for kitchen sink 3) ice only accessible on lobby 4) moldy smell inside bathroom (forgot to mention to housekeeping) 5) electric outlets need to be more accessible (they were almost at floor level) 6) bigger main elevator"
