"The heating system was extremely loud, clocking in at 59 Db when we were trying to sleep. There was a low setting for the fan, but it made no difference. The air blasting out was either scorching hot or freezing cold. It never got to comfortable."

"Rooms are a bit dated, but the staff is excellent as are the bartenders at the wheel tapper bar. No mini fridge in room but requested one and delivered in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room did not have hot water. It was very late and I was exhausted. I reported th issue in the morning, four hours before checkout and it was not fixed. Imagine no hot water for a bath, shower, or to wash hands. No attempt to was made to remedy the situation by the hotel or the third party app it was booked through."

"Brilliant location for shopping and Times Square. Great black out curtains and street wasn’t too noisy. I asked for a view which I got. Very clean with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom, including shower gel and shampoo etc. Really friendly helpful staff and a great coffee machine and water fill station. I was so pleased with everything, it made my first visit to New York a very positive one."

Will start w + - overpriced convenience store espresso, location, luggage storage Negatives - No good sitting area in lobby, no microwave, no fridge, no coffee machine, missing toiletries, couch old and saggin, bathroom small. Booked king suite w balcony on Expedia. Said no more of that room when arrived but Got ‘Upgrade’ but was really downgrade cuz went from king bed to small queen maybe even double so one had to sleep on cot. Air didn’t work in bedroom so hot in ther....

"Las camas tenían bed bugs. Regresamos con varios piquetes en las piernas. Hay una obra en la esquina del hotel que empezaban a trabajara las 6:30 una mentada. Increíble que el hotel no se queje ante la alcaldía de NY. La limpieza de la habitación y del baño bastante superficial pero eso es normal en Estados Unidos. La ubicación excelente. No parece un Hilton más bien parece un Holiday Inn Express. "

"Fresh water station on every floor, ice and washing facilities provided. Friendly staff and all amenities provided. The room was cleaned daily, bins emptied and bed made. Small kitchenette facilities available in room with microwave and fridge. Large television above the bed, showing signs of age but otherwise good. Communal area on floor 27 was delightful offering free coffee and sparkling water."
