"Hotel is showing signs of wear, and not clean. Arrived late, lobby was full of guests, loud and drinking in the common room. Had an early flight, same loud guests had taken over the lobby. Kids and luggage, hard to even get through to exit. Breakfast was out of many items and even no coffee available, and was only 6am. I would not stay here again. "

"I’ve stayed here a couple times & each time the rooms are clean & stocked. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The rooms are small, yes, but when you’re here to just sleep and get ready to go out - it’s exactly what you need. I’m always recommending it to people I know. Proximity to Union Station, the Skydome (FOREVER) and many restraurants & pubs - it’s ideal. "

"Please don’t book this hotel. Rooms look nothing like what was advertised, we had to ask to switch rooms when we got there because the one we stayed in was in terrible condition and gross. Rooms are not sound proof, you can hear every plane and car outside. Air is dry, we woke up with sore throats. When checking out, we asked why we were put into rooms with such terrible conditions and they explained they’re planning for renovations. They explained one tower is renovated while the one we stayed...

"Friendly staff, breakfast was good, with choice of fresh fruits, yogurts, sausages, eggs, cereal, breads, pancake/waffle, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Hot water and some tea available throughout the day. "

"Desk clerk told me that we had a 1pm check out time but our room wasn’t on cleaning lady’s list . Tried to phone desk when our tv remote didn’t work but their phone was permanently “busy “. Swimming pool was the size of a large jacuzzi constantly full of kids— contrary to online photos!"
